RFIC Engineer (Starshield Silicon)

What you'll do

• Design and simulate RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits
• Develop specifications for RFIC subsystems
• Create circuits in SiGe, GaAs, GaN, or CMOS processes
• Collaborate with system architects on hardware/software functions
• Conduct IC floor planning and layout
• Evaluate prototypes and assist in lab measurements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering
• 1+ years of RF integrated circuit experience
• Proficiency with simulation tools like Spectre and ADS
• Circuit design and analysis expertise
• Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures
• Experience with radio test equipment
