Software Engineer, Simulation

SpaceX is seeking a Software Engineer for its NDE & Materials Software team to enhance their multiphysics simulation engine. This role focuses on expanding its capabilities across various manufacturing processes while applying machine learning and AI techniques for optimization.

What you'll do

• Develop and improve simulation software architecture
• Integrate CFD tools and CAD platforms for multiphysics simulations
• Create interfaces for interpreting simulation results
• Debug software integration and simulation accuracy issues
• Implement machine learning solutions to enhance simulations
• Validate simulation results with industry benchmarks
