Supplier Development Engineer, Harnessing (Starshield)

What you'll do

• Ensure continuity of supply for cable harnessing components
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to manage suppliers
• Assess supplier capabilities and quality systems for sourcing parts
• Onboard new suppliers and develop technical requirements
• Monitor production approval processes with suppliers
• Drive supplier improvement initiatives based on quality metrics

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM
• 1+ years in manufacturing/process engineering
• Experience with cable harnessing or manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality standards and processes
