What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end supplier development in photovoltaic supply chain
• Engage with suppliers for selection and equipment for high-volume manufacturing
• Lead the establishment of solar cell manufacturing lines
• Evaluate supplier capabilities in solar cell fabrication processes
• Conduct new product introduction and qualification activities
• Implement AI solutions for optimization in manufacturing
