Supplier Development Engineer, Power Electronics (Starlink)

What you'll do

• Oversee supplier development for power electronics and conversion portfolio
• Engage with suppliers for early selection and process engineering
• Evaluate manufacturing capabilities and technical readiness of suppliers
• Lead new product introduction and qualification processes
• Develop qualification plans and standardize protocols
• Drive supplier performance improvements and handle quality issues
