Supplier Development Engineer, Reliability (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer for Reliability in Bastrop, TX, to enhance product reliability for the growing Starlink User Terminal business. The role involves creating and executing robust reliability strategies, managing end-to-end reliability activities, and collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure high consumer expectations are met.

What you'll do

• Manage hardware reliability for Starlink consumer electronics products.
• Develop reliability and accelerated life test plans.
• Create reliability models using statistical distributions.
• Design sampling plans with risk and cost analysis.
• Oversee execution of reliability test programs at suppliers.
• Lead failure analysis to address reliability issues.
