Supplier Development Engineer, Routers (Starlink)

SpaceX is looking for a Supplier Development Engineer to enhance their WiFi router portfolio for Starlink, focusing on supplier engagement, quality improvement, and high-volume production scaling. The role requires expertise in RF hardware and production processes to support the rapid growth of their user terminal business.

What you'll do

• Oversee supplier development for WiFi routers and wireless modules.
• Engage with suppliers on selection and equipment for manufacturing.
• Assess supplier capabilities for high-volume WiFi router production.
• Lead new product introduction and production ramp activities.
• Develop qualification plans for WiFi router testing.
• Drive supplier performance improvements using Lean methodologies.
