Test Engineer (Falcon Test)

SpaceX is seeking a Test Engineer for the Falcon Test team in McGregor, TX, responsible for conducting tests on rocket hardware to ensure flight readiness. This role involves developing test procedures, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with engineers to enhance safety and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Test rocket hardware for flight suitability
• Support technicians during testing operations
• Analyze test data and document results

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of hands-on testing experience
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical and propulsion systems
• Proficient in data analytics (Python, MATLAB, etc.)
• Knowledge of hazardous systems
• Experience with instrumentation and controls
• Effective root cause analysis skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
