Yield Engineer, RF Final Test Integration (Starlink/Akoustis)

SpaceX is seeking a Yield Engineer at its RF manufacturing facility in Bastrop, TX, who will focus on improving yield by correlating test results with wafer performance. This role involves developing RF test solutions and driving process enhancements in a dynamic production environment.

What you'll do

• Develop RF test cases and calibration procedures for BAW filter devices
• Analyze and correlate wafer probe data with final test performance
• Utilize statistical tools for monitoring and improving yield
• Manage cost models for testing strategies
• Optimize workflow and throughput in RF test operations
• Mentor test operators and ensure proper test execution
