Forward Deployment Engineer

About this role

Speechify is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to facilitate the technical onboarding and integration of their AI/ML platform for enterprise customers. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation while influencing product development with customer feedback.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical onboarding for new enterprise customers
• Create and maintain integration scripts and documentation
• Act as the main technical contact during onboarding
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues for customers
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback
• Develop playbooks and tools to improve deployment processes

What they're looking for

• 3-6 years in software or solutions engineering
• Proficient in Python or similar backend language
• Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with project management skills
• Interest in AI/ML technology
