The Manual Quality Assurance Engineer for the SIMBA Team will be responsible for ensuring the quality of AI voice agent products through detailed testing and documentation. This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify defects and improve QA processes.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute manual test plans and cases
• Perform hands-on testing across browsers and devices
• Collaborate with engineers to document defects
• Maintain organized QA documentation
• Participate in Agile workflows and sprint activities
• Execute regression testing and release validation

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of manual QA testing experience
• Understanding of QA fundamentals
• Experience in Agile environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira
• Experience with browser developer tools
