Join the OASIS team to build backend systems that intelligently deliver and optimize promotional content for music creators in Discovery Mode. You'll work on scalable infrastructure that balances competing objectives across the platform while collaborating with personalization and ML teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain backend systems for promotion delivery and optimization
• Build scalable infrastructure to handle promotion allocation at platform scale
• Collaborate with personalization and machine learning teams on promotion signals
• Ensure promotional content meets quality standards while maximizing reach
• Own core pieces of the promotion delivery pipeline
• Support distributed team operations and system reliability
