About this role
The Technical Support Engineer at Starburst will provide expert assistance for both standard and custom deployments while serving as a subject matter expert for major accounts. This role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting upgrades, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.
What you'll do
- Assist with standard and custom deployments.
- Answer technical inquiries via the SFDC ticketing system.
- Reproduce reported issues and identify root causes.
- Support customers with LTS upgrades upon request.
- Conduct monthly technical check-ins with business units.
- Contribute to reference documentation and peer training.
