The Technical Support Engineer at Starburst will provide expert assistance for both standard and custom deployments while serving as a subject matter expert for major accounts. This role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting upgrades, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Assist with standard and custom deployments.
  • Answer technical inquiries via the SFDC ticketing system.
  • Reproduce reported issues and identify root causes.
  • Support customers with LTS upgrades upon request.
  • Conduct monthly technical check-ins with business units.
  • Contribute to reference documentation and peer training.
