Forward Deployed Engineer

Strala is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to implement AI systems that significantly impact the insurance industry. This role involves managing client deployments, building relationships, and developing AI agents to optimize claims processes.

What you'll do

• Deploy multi-modal AI systems into production
• Build and manage client relationships to facilitate AI adoption
• Design and evolve AI agents for optimal claims outcomes
• Develop new features in collaboration with customers
• Integrate products into client environments
• Coordinate with the core platform team for product improvement

• 2+ years in a technical client-facing role
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs and agentic AI concepts
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts
