Stratolaunch is seeking an Avionics Telemetry Engineer to enhance its hypersonic aircraft systems. This role entails collaborating on telemetry and instrumentation systems, ensuring data systems readiness for flight tests, and supporting the development of various software tools.

What you'll do

• Develop requirements for telemetry and data systems
• Prepare data system assets for flight tests
• Manage aircraft instrumentation systems for real-time data
• Support software tools development for configuration and analysis
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on system integration
• Document and manage subsystem requirements for configurations

What they're looking for

• Experience in Telemetry or Instrumentation engineering
• Knowledge of Ethernet networking and protocols
• Ability to integrate data acquisition instrumentation
• Familiarity with RF devices and data acquisition systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Programming proficiency in languages such as C/C++ or Python
• Experience with version control and CI tools
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
