Flight Sciences Engineer

Stratolaunch is looking for a Level II or Senior Flight Sciences Engineer to support the design and aerodynamic analysis of hypersonic vehicles. Candidates should possess a solid background in aerodynamics and flight mechanics to contribute to innovative technology advancements in a dynamic team environment.

What you'll do

• Conduct vehicle trajectory analysis and optimization
• Develop aerodynamic databases and models for hypersonic vehicles
• Perform analytical evaluations on vehicle performance and stability
• Support flight performance simulations and analyses
• Analyze wind tunnel and flight test data
• Assist in preparing business proposals

• Aerodynamics and flight mechanics expertise
