Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Striim is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to engage with enterprise clients throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-sales. This technical role involves collaboration on complex real-time data solutions and requires significant travel to build solid relationships with customers.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical partner to customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships via engagement.
• Act as the technical escalation point for customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales to design tailored enterprise solutions.
• Implement custom solutions in multi-cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Provide insights to influence product development based on customer feedback.

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• Expertise in solution architecture and implementation
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python)
• Experience with multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of real-time data streaming and data pipelines
• Familiarity with APIs and enterprise integrations
