Stryker Digital, a rapidly growing marketing agency, seeks a Full-Stack Developer to spearhead the development of a client portal and AI-powered fulfillment systems. This is an opportunity to take a company AI-native and own the entire development lifecycle, from schema design to production deployment. The ideal candidate is experienced with AI agentic workflows and thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features in the client portal (Next.js App Router, TypeScript, PostgreSQL)
- Develop AI-powered fulfillment systems (software factories, data factories, agents)
- Own integrations with Google Ads, Twilio, and Zapier
- Manage production deployments, schema migrations, and incident response
- Design and implement UI changes and database schemas
- Document code changes and incident reports
