What you'll do

• Design and maintain fullstack features and platform services
• Develop reusable frontend components and backend APIs
• Improve system performance and reliability
• Contribute to experimentation infrastructure
• Debug production issues and enhance system health
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions

What they're looking for

• 3-5 years software development experience
• Fullstack application development with React and backend languages (C#, Java, Python)
• Strong knowledge of APIs and service communication
• Experience with consumer-facing products
• Ability to manage projects from implementation to production
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Familiar with performance optimization and A/B testing (nice to have)
• Experience with AI features or experimentation platforms (nice to have)
