What you'll do

• Create datasets for evaluating and training LLM models for Content Safety and ML Fairness.
• Research techniques for bias detection and mitigation in AI systems.
• Define and track metrics for LLM behavior and performance.
• Collaborate with teams on data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
• Contribute to safety tools and support ML teams.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to improve model performance.

What they're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of ML Engineering or Deep Learning experience.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Data manipulation and analysis skills using NumPy and pandas.
