Nvidia is seeking a Windows Driver Validation Engineer in Santa Clara, CA, to ensure quality and compliance across Windows driver systems. The role involves testing, analysis, and collaboration with various teams to maintain system performance and readiness.

What you'll do

• Setup and validate device configurations and drivers
• Perform system and driver-level validation tests
• Analyze system crashes and support root cause investigations
• Develop and execute test plans for various Windows configurations
• Conduct exploratory testing for subsystem issues
• Collaborate with teams to ensure CI/CD stability and certification readiness

What they're looking for

• 5–8 years of testing experience in Windows systems or drivers
• Hands-on experience with driver installation and debugging
• Proficiency in Windows debugging tools like WinDbg
• Strong knowledge of Windows power management
• Experience with UEFI/BIOS and OS builds
• Defect triage and log analysis skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Windows
• Familiarity with WDK and certification processes
