Swarm Aero is seeking a Software Engineer, Robotics to contribute to their cutting-edge drone swarming technology. This role involves building and hardening on-vehicle systems, integrating sensors and payloads, and creating realistic simulations to ensure robust performance in real-world conditions. You'll be a vital part of a team pushing the boundaries of autonomous systems and national security.
What you'll do
- Develop and extend components of the autonomy stack (planning behaviors, vehicle software, sensor/payload integration, simulation).
- Build a robust software platform for sensor, payload, and software module integration.
- Create and validate physically realistic simulations of UxS.
- Prototype electronics and troubleshoot complex hardware-software systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
