Full Stack Front-End Engineer

STR is hiring a Full Stack Front-End Engineer to work on innovative UI/UX applications in a collaborative environment focused on national security. The role requires a strong background in interactive UX, data visualization, and modern programming languages, and is partially remote with time spent in Woburn, MA or Arlington, VA.

What you'll do

• Develop high-performance components for data visualization and user interaction
• Optimize applications for speed and responsiveness across devices
• Create user-centric and data-centric user interfaces
• Communicate with teams to document requirements
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Assist in software documentation authorship

What they're looking for

• 5+ years with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
• Expertise in React, Redux, Flask, Django, Node, or Vue
• Knowledge of back-end languages like Python or Java
• Experience with Geolocation and Mapping APIs
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Strong collaboration and independent working skills
• Able to obtain security clearance
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
