STR is seeking a Software Reverse Engineer to analyze vulnerabilities in cyber physical systems, requiring onsite work in Arlington, VA. The role involves reverse engineering software and firmware, developing cybersecurity solutions, and presenting findings, all while contributing to national security efforts.

What you'll do

• Reverse engineer software and firmware from various platforms
• Develop automated tools for analysis of software systems

What they're looking for

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with binary analysis and disassembly tools
• Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++, Python)
• Knowledge of assembly languages (x86, ARM)
• Understanding of reverse engineering fundamentals
• Experience in vulnerability research
• Familiarity with embedded systems
