Technical Escalations Engineer

Taara is seeking a Technical Escalations Engineer to tackle complex field issues related to wireless optical communication. The role involves deep problem analysis, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring the quality of product implementations across diverse network environments.

What you'll do

• Replicate customer-reported performance issues in lab environments
• Perform root cause analysis on hardware and network failures
• Draft troubleshooting guides and internal resources for support teams
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for intricate technical challenges
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing in various customer environments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve offerings

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in technical solutions or test engineering
• Strong understanding of network protocols and hardware
• Problem-solving mindset focused on digging into technical issues
• Proficient technical writing skills
• Strong collaboration abilities
• Experience with free space optics/radio frequency hardware (preferred)
