What you'll do
- Translate customer hiring goals into structured interview flows and scoring rubrics.
- Design and refine prompts and agent logic for interviewer behavior.
- Build and maintain AI-based evaluation and scoring systems aligned with customer criteria.
- Launch new interviewers into production and iterate based on performance metrics.
- Lead technical onboarding with customers to understand their specific requirements.
- Develop QA/evaluation pipelines to measure conversation quality and scoring accuracy.
