About this role

Talos seeks a Software Engineer to develop high-performance backend systems for institutional cryptocurrency trading. You'll work on critical infrastructure including order routing, market data, and risk management while collaborating with experienced teams across multiple global offices.

What you'll do

• Design and develop backend services for institutional crypto trading platforms
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across large-scale systems
• Collaborate with product and client teams to support the complete trading lifecycle
• Contribute to code quality, testing, and deployment processes
• Foster innovation and continuous learning within the engineering culture
