Technical Solutions Engineer

About this role

Talos seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end onboarding and integration of institutional clients and trading counterparties onto its digital asset trading platform. This implementation-focused role requires managing API and FIX connectivity, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful production deployments.

What you'll do

• Own full client onboarding lifecycle from kickoff through production deployment
• Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX protocols, and platform configuration
• Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication across implementations
• Configure and validate client environments across trading and portfolio systems
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with engineering teams
• Develop onboarding documentation and integration best practices
