Customer Engineer

Tavus is seeking a Customer Engineer to bridge the gap between customers and product development, focusing on enhancing user experience through problem-solving and innovative solutions. This role involves direct customer interaction to address integration challenges, as well as building prototypes and tools to improve the developer's experience with Tavus's AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Work with customers to debug and design solutions
• Develop prototypes, SDKs, and tools for improved user experience
• Gather feedback and translate it into product enhancements
• Test pre-release features with customers and suggest iterations
• Define and improve customer experience
