Teamworks is seeking a Data Engineer I to help build and maintain production data pipelines for their lakehouse platform. This role offers opportunities for growth and requires collaboration with senior engineers while contributing to core infrastructure projects for performance and product data.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for the lakehouse
- Contribute to platform code and infrastructure using Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams on schema design and integration
- Take ownership of components and participate in on-call duties
- Implement graceful failure handling and ensure pipeline reliability
What they're looking for
- 2+ years in data or software engineering
- Proficient in Python with production experience
- Knowledge of SQL and data warehouse/lakehouse technology
- Familiarity with AWS and Terraform
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with rotating on-call schedules
