Looker Data Engineer (Contract)

Tech Holding is looking for a contract Looker Data Engineer to enhance data models and reporting solutions for a key client project. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Looker development and modern data technologies to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Looker data models including LookML
• Build scalable data models for business intelligence
• Utilize Looker API for programmatic dashboard access
• Automate reporting and delivery via Looker API
• Write and optimize SQL queries for performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data requirements

What they're looking for

• 3+ years Looker development (LookML)
• Experience with Looker API 4.0
• Report automation using Looker API
• Data transformation into scalable models
• Hands-on with Snowflake and Python
• SQL query optimization
• Experience with dbt (nice to have)
• Client-facing experience (nice to have)
