Apparel Product Developer

Tecovas is seeking an Apparel Product Developer to lead seasonal apparel development from initial designs to production. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency in delivering products that align with company standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee apparel development from design handoff to production.
• Collaborate with merchants and designers to meet deadlines and budget goals.
• Manage the creation of seasonal tech packs.
• Communicate with sourcing for material compliance.
• Participate in product quality control.
• Visit factories to monitor development phases.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in garment assembly knowledge.
• Experience in product fitting and approval.
• Knowledge of apparel costing and fabric testing.
• Proficient in tech pack creation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve.
• Experience with PLM systems is a plus.
