Broadcast Engineer

About this role

TEGNA is seeking a Broadcast Engineer for their Charlotte location. This role involves the integration, maintenance, and operation of broadcasting equipment while ensuring quality support for TEGNA's network of television stations across the U.S.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations of broadcast systems
• Create and maintain wiring and system documentation
• Stay current on broadcast technology advancements
• Train on IT and broadcast system operations as needed
• Lift and install equipment and perform physical tasks
• Other duties as assigned
