The role involves designing, implementing, and integrating solutions on the Salesforce platform while collaborating with various teams.

What you'll do

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud
• Develop OmniStudio components like OmniScripts and DataRaptors
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize Salesforce using Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Participate in solution design and provide technical recommendations
• Support production deployments and resolve issues
