What you'll do

• Configure and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions
• Build and enhance call flows and routing configurations
• Implement integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs
• Support CI/CD processes and release activities
• Collaborate with QA teams on testing and production readiness
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving performance issues

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX
• Knowledge of routing applications and Architect flows
• Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and integrations
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting capabilities
• Understanding of Unix/Linux environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Technical documentation skills
