AI/ML Engineer

TENEX, a rapidly growing AI-driven Managed Detection and Response provider, seeks an AI/ML Engineer to enhance their cybersecurity solutions. This remote role will involve designing scalable AI systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate in the field of cybersecurity.

What you'll do

• Drive large projects from inception to completion
• Design and build AI layers for autonomous detection and remediation
• Develop large-scale reasoning engines and pipelines
• Ensure evaluation and reliability of AI systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create robust detections
• Experiment with advanced AI methodologies

What they're looking for

• Experience in software development with modern languages (Python, Go, Rust, Java)
• Knowledge of agentic systems and graph architectures
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks and evaluation harnesses
• Understanding of microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong API design fundamentals
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proven leadership experience in multi-stakeholder projects
• Analytical problem-solving skills
