Forward Deployed Implementation Engineer

About this role

As a Forward Deployed Implementation Engineer at TENEX, you'll play a crucial role in leading customer platform deployments and onboarding processes in a hands-on, customer-facing technical position. Your contributions will ensure that clients gain immediate value from their security solutions while you work within a dynamic and innovative team environment.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end deployments on Google SecOps and Microsoft Sentinel
• Onboard and configure log sources and data connectors
• Load existing security content into customer environments
• Provide hands-on training to customers
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and manage multiple projects
• Document configurations for support handoff

What they're looking for

• 2+ years in cybersecurity or IT operations
• Experience with SIEM platforms like Google SecOps and Microsoft Sentinel
• Log source onboarding and ingestion pipeline setup
• Familiarity with data pipeline technologies
• Scripting in Python, Bash or similar
• Understanding of networking and security workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
