About this role
TENEX is seeking a skilled Security Engineer to enhance the security of its IT infrastructure and that of its clients. This role involves implementing security controls, conducting vulnerability assessments, and automating security processes within a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
- Design and implement security tools and technologies
- Conduct security gap assessments and propose remediation strategies
- Assist with customer success initiatives related to security
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Center for threat detection
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Champion security integration in the DevOps lifecycle
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Experience in cybersecurity operations or engineering
- Hands-on with ZTNA, MDM, and EDR solutions
- Familiarity with network security concepts
- Proficiency in automation and security orchestration
- Knowledge of security policy development
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to integrate security with IT systems
