What you'll do
- Monitor customer environments and track health indicators.
- Identify and address anomalies before they impact customers.
- Execute runbooks to resolve common infrastructure issues.
- Maintain accurate incident records and communicate updates.
- Participate in post-incident reviews and support change management processes.
- Coordinate with on-site teams for hands-on remediation.
