Tenstorrent is seeking a DFT Engineer to join their team working on advanced AI technologies and high-speed CPU designs. This role involves implementing DFT features and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and manufacturability.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute DFT strategies for high-speed CPU designs
- Implement and verify DFT features like scan chains and memory BIST
- Collaborate with RTL, physical design, and verification teams
- Automate and analyze DFT flows using EDA tools
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in relevant engineering field
- 10+ years of DFT experience
- Hands-on experience with DFT tools like Synopsys and Siemens
- Scripting skills in TCL and Python
- Expertise in DFT planning and silicon debug
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
