Tenstorrent is looking for a Full-Chip Physical Design Verification Engineer to lead physical verification processes and ensure high-quality silicon outcomes. The position involves extensive collaboration across multiple engineering teams and requires expertise in advanced technology nodes and verification tools.

What you'll do

  • Drive full-chip signoff and physical verification closure
  • Debug issues using industry-standard PV tools
  • Collaborate across RTL, PD, CAD, and packaging teams
  • Lead tapeout processes for manufacturable silicon
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

What they're looking for

  • Expertise in DRC, LVS, ERC, and DFM verification
  • Hands-on experience with Calibre, ICV, and Pegasus tools
  • Scripting skills in Python and TCL
  • Understanding of ESD planning and reliability analysis
  • Knowledge of advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, 3nm) challenges
