What you'll do

• Lead the development of STA methodologies and flows
• Drive data- and ML-assisted timing automation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address complex timing issues
• Architect and optimize production STA flows using EDA tools
• Continuous refinement of workflows for PPA-optimized timing solutions
• Develop robust scripts for CAD utilities and flow components

What they're looking for

• Expertise in STA tools like PrimeTime
• Strong scripting knowledge in Tcl, Python, or Perl
• Experience with noise, crosstalk, and OCV analysis
• Understanding of RTL-to-GDS flow and timing signoff
• Ability to debug timing constraints

• Knowledge of data-driven and ML-assisted approaches
