The Global Talent Co. is seeking a GTM Engineer / AI Engineer to build and scale innovative systems that drive company growth. The role involves collaborating with founders, building AI-driven workflows, and integrating various tools to enhance the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product
• Build AI agents and automated workflows
• Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot for unified revenue systems
• Analyze product and user data for growth signals
• Design intelligent workflows like lead scoring and onboarding
• Define AI applications across the customer lifecycle

What they're looking for

• Experience in building growth-impacting systems
• Strong systems thinking and end-to-end mindset
• Workflow building using APIs and automation tools
• Hands-on with AI tools and LLMs
• High ownership and fast execution
• Understanding of interactions between sales, marketing, and product
• Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce
• Scripting skills, preferably in Python
