The Health Management Academy is seeking a Product Engineer to join their team in Arlington, VA (remote eligible) as they develop a learning and development application infused with AI. This role requires a collaborative, creative individual with a strong focus on UI/UX who can manage projects from concept to rollout.
What you'll do
- Shape and implement product features end-to-end.
- Enhance UI/UX and ensure product quality.
- Contribute to AI-enabled development strategies.
- Communicate effectively within a small remote team.
- Take ownership of problem scoping and solutions.

- Fluent in TypeScript and React
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Tailwind CSS
- Knowledge of API design and backend technologies
