Titan is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage client relationships and implementations for its AI platform, specifically targeting financial services. This role involves designing AI agents, leading migrations, and ensuring seamless client onboarding while collaborating with various internal teams.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end customer engagements
• Design and build AI agents on Titan's platform
• Develop migration plans for seamless platform adoption
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
• Map client systems and encode their policies

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in field or solutions engineering
• Strong ownership and client management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proficient in scripting and APIs
• Familiar with AI tools and workflows
• Experience in infosec (bonus)
• Exposure to financial services (bonus)
