What you'll do

• Oversee customer engagements from start to finish
• Design and implement AI agents on Titan's platform
• Create and execute migration plans for platform adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improved processes

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in field or solutions engineering
• Strong ownership and relationship management
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate quickly
• Proficient in scripting and APIs
• Experience with AI tools and designing workflows
• Familiarity with identity, cloud, and security tools
