- Oversee customer engagements from start to finish
- Design and implement AI agents on Titan's platform
- Create and execute migration plans for platform adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improved processes

- 3+ years in field or solutions engineering
- Strong ownership and relationship management
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate quickly
- Proficient in scripting and APIs
- Experience with AI tools and designing workflows
- Familiarity with identity, cloud, and security tools
