Titan is seeking a Level 1 Service Desk Engineer to manage and resolve service tickets while collaborating with AI tools. This role involves addressing more complex issues, documenting processes, and identifying patterns for automation.
What you'll do
- Resolve inbound service desk tickets across various IT issues
- Triage service requests, documenting steps for efficiency
- Coordinate between AI agents and senior engineers for escalated issues
- Identify recurring issues for potential automation
- Maintain updated documentation and knowledge articles
What they're looking for
- 1+ years in service desk or desktop support
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Active Directory
- Experience with SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365
- Comfort with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Strong written communication skills
- Curiosity about automation and AI tools
