About this role

Toast is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and manage Clay-based prospecting infrastructure that maps total addressable market, identifies whitespace, and delivers AI-driven prospect prioritization for sales teams. You'll own the data pipeline from enrichment through CRM sync, working closely with Sales and RevOps to fuel pipeline generation with signal-driven intelligence.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain Clay workflows for intent mapping, list building, and whitespace identification across segments and territories
  • Enrich and score accounts using third-party signals to create prioritized prospect lists
  • Manage data pipeline from Clay into CRM and Sales Assistant with accuracy and deduplication
  • Refine account scoring models based on conversion data and sales team feedback
  • Develop roadmap for integrating external data sources (intent, news, firmographic changes) into prospecting workflows
  • Partner with Sales leadership on quota planning and territory design using data insights
