  • Serve as a product expert and last line of defense before escalation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Product teams.
  • Identify patterns in support cases to influence product development.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for knowledge sharing.
  • Provide support during holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.
