What you'll do

  • Engage with customers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Become a product expert for Gen AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on customer feedback.
  • Document system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide flexible support coverage during off-hours.
  • Identify patterns in support cases to inform product development.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Knowledge of AI, ML, and GPU technologies
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Ansible
  • Understanding of high-performance computing systems
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with network error resolution
